FAQ

Questions we get asked

Trace a sample of inquiries through the buying process before buying more traffic. Poor-fit inquiries suggest targeting or qualification problems. Interested buyers who cannot explain your value may expose a positioning or evidence gap. Qualified inquiries that stall often reveal unclear ownership or follow-up. Review the pattern with marketing, sales and delivery, then scope the work around the actual constraint.

Compare customer value, win rate, delivery capacity and the cost of reaching buyers in each market. A large market is not automatically an accessible one. Start where your offer, evidence and route to buyers give you a defensible advantage. Test an adjacent market with a defined audience and decision window before expanding investment.

Use a Project for a defined outcome and deliverables. Choose Embedded when the business needs ongoing execution and coordination across the work. Fractional fits a need for senior leadership while your team owns delivery. The choice depends on the gap, internal capacity and decision authority; the methodology stays the same.

Map who decides, what evidence they need and how the offer reaches them. Institutional purchasing, dealer channels, recruitment cycles and regulated claims change the content, timing and follow-up required. Agree those constraints before selecting channels. Use a relevant industry page as a starting hypothesis, then test it against your business.

Agree a business outcome, baseline and review period before work begins. Track the stages leading to that outcome without treating them as interchangeable: inquiries, qualified opportunities, applications, purchases and retained customers each tell a different story. Include customer value and delivery economics so a lower acquisition cost does not hide poorer-fit demand.

Compare the starting point, offer, buying cycle, investment, work completed and measurement window. Ask how the result was calculated and what else changed. A case study can inform a hypothesis to test, but it does not set your target or prove what caused an outcome.

Five questions review audience clarity, buyer evidence, execution, measurement and improvement. Your answers produce a score out of 10 and areas to discuss. It is a self-assessment, not an audit or a forecast. You can see the result without sharing your email, then carry your answers into a conversation with a senior operator.
