Campout Creative Group (Campout, we or us) provides this website for information about our services, insights and resources. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
These terms apply to website use. A proposal, statement of work or other signed agreement governs a client engagement, including its scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality and ownership. Where that agreement conflicts with these website terms for the engagement, the agreement controls.
Website content, articles and Growth Health Checks provide general business information. They do not replace advice based on a full review of your organization’s circumstances and are not legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
A Growth Health Check reflects the answers entered and provides a starting point for discussion. Its score is not an independent audit, certification or guarantee of future performance.
Case studies describe the circumstances stated in each example. Any case study labeled as an example or illustrative work should be read with its disclosure. Results from one engagement do not guarantee results for another.
Sending a form, requesting an assessment or exchanging messages does not create a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement. Work begins only when the parties agree to the applicable engagement terms.
We may ask for additional information before recommending a scope. Website descriptions do not constitute a binding quote or an offer to provide services on particular terms.
You may use the website and its resources for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use forms to send spam.
Do not collect personal information from the website without a lawful basis or reproduce website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights. Automated access must not bypass access restrictions or place an unreasonable load on the website.
Website text, designs, graphics, logos, frameworks and other materials are owned by Campout or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, marks and materials belong to their respective owners.
You may read, link to and retain a copy of publicly available resources for your own internal reference. Any separate license or usage conditions supplied with a resource also apply. Other reproduction, resale, redistribution or use of our branding requires permission, except where allowed by law.
The llms.txt file provides a directory of website content. It does not grant a separate license to copy, train on or commercially redistribute that content.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having permission to share it. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights.
We may use submitted information to respond to your request and review potential work, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to Campout. Website inquiry forms are not a substitute for a confidentiality agreement; arrange appropriate terms before sharing confidential project documents.
Links to third-party websites and services are provided for convenience or reference. We do not control their content, availability or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
A reference to a platform or tool does not imply endorsement by its owner or create a partnership unless we expressly state otherwise.
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but errors, omissions and interruptions can occur. We may change, remove or suspend website content or access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided as available, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or by third-party websites and services, to the extent the law permits that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Responsibilities for paid services are addressed in the applicable client agreement.
We may revise these terms. The date above identifies the latest revision. Revised terms apply to use of the website after they are posted, subject to any notice requirements under applicable law.
